Each print & frame is lovingly packaged in protective bubble wrapped packaging and shipped within a hard-backed box to ensure your new print gets to you safely for you to enjoy.

The beauty of personalisation is that once an item is personalised it is created and marked especially for you! Unfortunately, this means that we are unable to accept exchanges or refunds if you change your mind about your purchase.

Before you order: Goods that are ordered incorrectly will not be refunded. It is your responsibility to ensure all text and order details are correct.
