Shipping & Delivery times

How long does delivery take?

All items are handmade to order. We aim to process all orders within 1-3 working days.

Shipping Time: Once dispatched from our studio, you should receive your order within 1-3 working days. Rural delivery orders will take 3-7 working days to arrive.

All orders are processed directly from our studio in Auckland, New Zealand. Please note that as the delivery of your item is handled by our courier partners, we cannot guarantee these timeframes particularly during peak sale periods. If we are aware of any potential delays we will be sure to notify you on boobeargifts.co.nz


How much does delivery cost?

Enjoy FREE SHIPPING New Zealand wide on all orders over $80 (including rural delivery!).

Standard shipping for orders under $80 varies per region:

Auckland tracked delivery - $6
Standard tracked delivery NZ wide - $8
Rural tracked delivery NZ wide - $12


Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we only deliver within New Zealand at this stage. However, we definitely do plan on delivering worldwide in the near future.

How long does it take to process an order?

Once your order has been placed it may take 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

Please note this can take longer during sale or busy periods.


Can I track my order?

Absolutely - all orders have detailed tracking with a unique tracking code. This code is emailed to you once your order has been processed. Be sure to check your spam folders for this email if you do not see it.


Can I change my shipping address?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, please email us at hello@boobeargifts.co.nz with your order number and the new address. It may not always be possible, however, we’ll try our best to update your shipping address.

 

Orders

How do I apply a discount code?

Discount codes can be applied to your order at Checkout. Enter your discount code into the field on the top right, above your cart total. Once you hit 'Apply' your discount will be deducted from your cart total and you can continue on to payment method.


Please note that only one discount code can be applied per order. Discount codes cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers.


How do I check the status of my order?

When you place an order with us you will received an order confirmation email. In the order confirmation email you will find a "View order" button which takes you to your exclusive Boo Bear Gifts order status page - You can check the status of your order here.


Can I make changes to or cancel my order?

We work hard to get your orders out as fast as possible. As soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, our warehouse team processes it. There generally only a small window of time where an order can be amended - please contact our customer service team within 1 hour of purchase: hello@boobeargifts.co.nz

 

Refunds & Exchanges

The beauty of personalisation is that once an item is personalised it is created and marked especially for you! Unfortunately, this means that we are unable to accept exchanges or refunds if you change your mind about your purchase.


Before you order:

Goods that are ordered incorrectly will not be refunded. It is your responsibility to ensure all text and order details are correct. Please check spelling carefully as we write exactly what you have provided. We do not take responsibility for your omissions or errors. Spelling and punctuation checks are your responsibility. If however you do notice an error, please contact us immediately, if the order has yet to be processed we will make any necessary changes.


Faulty item?

If an item is faulty, then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time.
