The beauty of personalisation is that once an item is personalised it is created and marked especially for you! Unfortunately, this means that we are unable to accept exchanges or refunds if you change your mind about your purchase.
Before you order: Goods that are ordered incorrectly will not be refunded. It is your responsibility to ensure all text and order details are correct. Please check spelling carefully as we write exactly what you have provided. We do not take responsibility for your omissions or errors. Spelling and punctuation checks are your responsibility. If however you do notice an error, please contact us at hello@boobeargifts.co.nz immediately, if the order has yet to be processed we will make any necessary changes.
