Bringing a Little Christmas Sparkle to Starship Hospital
Christmas is a special time of year, and one that reminds us of the importance of kindness, compassion, and giving back.
At Boo Bear Gifts, this Christmas we continued a tradition that’s really close to our hearts by gifting personalised baubles to the brave children spending the holidays at Starship Hospital.
Many of these little ones won’t be home for Christmas, so we wanted to bring a small bit of festive cheer their way. Each bauble was personalised with care, created to add a little sparkle and help bring some Christmas magic during a challenging time.
This year was extra special for us, as our little girl Ellerie joined us for the delivery. Having her there made the moment even more meaningful and reinforced why these small, thoughtful gestures matter so much.
We’re incredibly grateful to the team at Starship Foundation for the work they do year-round supporting children and families across New Zealand, and for giving us the opportunity to support them again this Christmas.
Christmas is about more than gifts. It’s about connection, care, and creating moments that make a difference, no matter how small. We’re proud to play a small part in spreading a little joy where we can.
